Did what was paid agreed upon. However Not really sure if all sales calls were made. I make the same amount of calls daily and wanted to see if I could outsource to help. I usally have a higher answer rate. Response time could of been a little bit better. Overall Im okay with what I paid for.

Terrible service. The caller spoke with more 100 people and couldn't transfer any of the leads. I hired them thinking that they were professionals, so dissapointing.
