I have worked primarily on multiple client related deliverables in terms of Data Analytics, Web application designing and automation solutions. Delivered valuable results for clients where clients could save on potential costs in areas like Inventory, Sales team and employee utilization. I also contributed to internal strategy by contributing in product strategy, internal process excellence and pricing of the offerings by the company. Notably, in one of my projects, the client was able to see a 300% increase in leads, another client was able to eliminate 60% of warehouse space which were dead stocks and out of which 40% of dead stocks were sent for recycling. When I worked on Internal strategy, I introduced multiple productivity tools like Claude, Notion and Monday.com. I also helped the team price a project strategically that helped company earn a retainer which increased the total revenue from the project by 30%.
