VERY disappointed. I provided five (5) pictures and one (1) video to be enhanced. After 3 days, I was told only 1 picture could be "enhanced" and the "enhancement" turned a man that is clearly Black into a White man. Very disappointed. Was very responsive but did not make up for the poor results.

Really needed a security camera file to look better. He did the best he could based on the lack of detail in the file. Nonetheless, tried super hard, was fast and very professional.
