Built advanced-level Excel spreadsheets to manage inventory across multiple products, applying replenishment rules and reorder points that ensured critical materials were available when needed. Achievement: Identified a bottleneck in the supply of imported components that put operational continuity at risk. Designed and implemented a demand-based inventory planning system — factoring in lead times and safety stock — that reduced the risk of disruptions.
