PLC & SCADA Automation FMCG Packaging Line Automation: Programmed and commissioned the complete PLC and HMI logic from scratch for a high-speed bagging and continuous-motion conveyor line using Siemens TIA Portal. Engineered complex VFD synchronization to ensure seamless material flow and zero product bottlenecks. Plant-Wide OEE Monitoring System: Developed a remote SCADA architecture to track live production metrics across multiple conveyor lines. Electrical Design (Eplan) Industrial Control Panel Design: Delivered complete, standard-compliant electrical schematics and panel layout drawings using Eplan Electric v2.9. IIoT & Cloud Architecture (AWS) Remote Production Dashboards: Designed and deployed cloud-based diagnostic dashboards via AWS, bridging the OT/IT gap to allow off-site engineers to monitor live machine health and network status securely. Instrumentation & Process Control Smart Instrument Calibration: Executed high-precision field calibration for critical sensors and transmitters using premium diagnostic communicators (AMS Trex, Fluke 754, Beamex HART). Industrial Network Diagnostics: Actively diagnosed and resolved severe PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and OPC UA topology faults across live factory floors to minimize production downtime.
