What devices and browsers do you test on?
I test on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, plus real Android and iOS devices for mobile and app testing not just emulators.
What will I actually receive at the end?
A written bug report listing every issue found, with screenshots or screen recordings for each one, organized by priority (critical, major, minor).
Can you test my app before I submit it to the App Store / Google Play?
Yes pre-launch testing is one of the most common requests I get. I'll test functionality, usability, and flag anything that could cause rejection or bad reviews.
Do you write or fix code?
No, I only test and report — I don't develop or fix bugs. I'll tell you exactly what's broken and where, so your developer can fix it fast.
How many hours will my website/app actually need?
Depends on size. A simple 3-5 page site or basic app usually fits in 1-3 hours. Larger sites/apps with multiple user flows need 6+ hours — message me your link and I'll give you an honest estimate before you order.
What if you find more bugs than expected in my allotted hours?
I'll let you know as soon as I notice testing is running long, so you can decide whether to extend hours or wrap up with what's found so far — no surprise charges.
Do I need to give you login access or test accounts?
Only if your website/app requires login to access key features. I'll never ask for anything beyond what's needed to test no payment details, no admin access.
