What counts as one workflow?
One workflow is a single recurring process with a defined trigger or input, connected steps, and one primary output. Multiple unrelated processes require a separate order or custom offer.
Should I contact you before ordering?

Can I use sanitized or synthetic data?
Yes. Sanitized or synthetic examples are preferred for initial development and testing. Sensitive production data is not required unless controlled access is separately agreed.
Will you need access to my production systems?
Not for the Basic package. Standard and Premium may require controlled access, test credentials, or a sandbox depending on the integrations. Access boundaries must be agreed before work begins.
Which tools and platforms can you connect?
Depending on scope, I can work with APIs, databases, spreadsheets, document systems, email workflows, automation platforms, knowledge sources, and business applications. Please share the exact tools before ordering.
Can the workflow include an AI agent or RAG assistant?
Yes. The workflow can include a bounded AI agent, RAG knowledge assistant, reporting component, request-routing step, or document-processing flow when it fits the selected package.
Are API, hosting, and software costs included?
No. Third-party subscriptions, API usage, hosting, licenses, and paid platform charges are separate and remain the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in a custom offer.
What if my workflow is larger than the package scope?
I will identify the additional scope before starting. We can reduce the work to one useful workflow slice or create a custom offer for extra integrations, agents, workflows, or deployment requirements.
Do you guarantee time or cost savings?
No. Reliable savings claims require a real measurement baseline. I focus on delivering a testable workflow, clear controls, and an improvement path that your team can evaluate after implementation.
