I'm a Technical Administrator with experience in producing and reviewing clear, structured business documentation in regulated environments.
I will proofread your Microsoft Word document for spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency and readability. Where selected, I can also provide light editing to improve clarity and flow without substantially rewriting your content or changing the intended meaning.
You will receive:
- A Word copy showing edits using Track Changes
- A clean Word copy with approved edits applied
- Comments where wording is unclear and clarification may be needed
I can review reports, procedures, policies, proposals, business correspondence, internal documents and similar professional content. This service does not include substantial rewriting, new content creation, research, fact-checking, academic work or specialist referencing.
All project communication will remain within Fiverr for clarity and traceability.

What happens if a sentence is unclear?
I will leave the meaning unchanged and use a Word comment to ask for clarification rather than guessing what you intended.
What file types do you accept?
Microsoft Word documents only at launch.
What will I receive?
A tracked-changes Word document showing the edits and a clean Word copy with the edits applied.
Can you follow company terminology or a house style?
Yes. Please provide any terminology, style requirements or wording that must be preserved when ordering.
