Yes. I build inside your sub-account (or agency account). You'll add me as a user; I never need your password.
Do you write the email and SMS copy?
Yes. Every follow-up message is written for your business, not pulled from a template.
Are Gohighlevel AI chatbot and Voice AI costs included?
My setup is included in Premium. GHL bills AI usage (or the AI Employee plan) to your account directly, so I'll tell you the expected cost before we switch it on.
Can you fix workflows someone else built?
Yes. That's what Basic is for. I audit first, tell you what's broken, then fix it.
Do you handle A2P 10DLC so my texts actually deliver?
Yes, but as an extra. Unregistered numbers get filtered, so your SMS workflows are useless without it.
I'm an agency. Can you white-label this?
Yes. Nothing I deliver carries my name, and the snapshot extra lets you reuse the build for every client.
