What is your design process?
Usually after you place the order I will send you the sketch first to see what it comes up with. Then after you approve the sketch i will go to refine it. So you can change the sketch as much as you want to make sure you find what you looking for.
How many revisions do you offer?
Let's work together to address all your needs and desires for improvement. I will offer you unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied! Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're still not content, we guarantee a full refund!
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive your final design in various formats, including JPEG, PNG, EPS, and PDF. If you need a specific format, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
What are these file types?
.png - Transparent files. .jpeg - have a background image/color .eps - Scalable files .ai - Adobe Illustrator files
