My journey into coaching began with frustration. Around the age of 30, despite having achieved many of my goals as a professional musician, something still felt missing. I explored Gestalt therapy, Bioneuroemotion, the Enneagram, self-help books, and many different approaches, but none fully answered what I was searching for. So I decided to study these disciplines myself. Today, I combine coaching and Bioneuroemotion to help people gain clarity, understand where they are, identify what truly matters, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
