What do you need to start working on my website?
*WordPress, cPanel and domain provider credentials *Brief about your business *Your original logo files *Your brand colors scheme *Your website's structure (pages, subpages, sections, etc) *Your design, 3 samples or links to 3 websites you like *Your business's contact information *Your content
Do you provide domain, hosting and SSL certificate?
No, but I can guide you on how to get them and give you some advice if needed.
Can you clone or copy an existing website?
If it is developed in WordPress, it almost certainly a yes. However, to be sure before you place your order, I invite you to send me a message with its link to it so I can check it.
Do you custom code functions/plugins/themes/templates?
No, I do not.
Will you give me your Elegant Themes key to access the Divi theme license?
I am not going to give you that information, but I am going to enter the API key so that your theme is registered and you have access to the updates as I informed you in the gig detail. The same goes for Divi Premium plugins in case I use any.
What if I don't have any content for my site yet?
I can use demo content to build the website and you will have to replace it later (don´t worry, I´ll share a video training with you showing how to do it by yourself). If you prefer me to add your new content after completing this order, you can ask me for a custom quote.
What if i don't have a logo and color scheme for my brand?
I can send you a custom quote to provide them, but please let me know before ordering this gig because it will add some days to the delivery time.
Do you provide support for the website?
For the premium pack, I offer one month of free support from order completion. After that period in case you purchase the premium pack, or if you purchase another plan, I can send you a custom quote for ongoing support if you wish.
What if I need a custom or non mentioned functionality?
Please contact me so I can send you a custom quote.
