Depending on your package, I will:
- Research 50, 100 or 200 prospects against your agreed ideal customer profile.
- Enrich and organise contact data, flagging missing fields.
- Build a reusable workflow with Clay, n8n and APIs.
- Set up personalised messages and follow-up sequences for review.
- Connect reply routing and CRM handoff.
I work with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, n8n, Apify, Supabase and Google Sheets. We select the tools that fit your scope.
You receive the agreed lead batch, tested workflow and clear handover notes. A lead is a matching contact, not a guaranteed reply, meeting or sale.
These packages cover setup and handover. Ongoing sending and inbox management are separate. You provide tool subscriptions and data credits.

What do you need before starting?
Your ideal customer profile, target countries, job titles, company size, offer and current tools. Share a sample list if available. We agree on required fields, integrations and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Are tool subscriptions and enrichment credits included?
No. You provide the required Clay, n8n, outreach and CRM accounts, plus any paid data or API credits. I confirm the tools and likely credit needs before starting. Please do not send passwords in the order requirements.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is a contact record matching the agreed targeting and required fields. We define those fields before starting. Missing data is flagged. A lead is not a guaranteed interested buyer, reply or meeting.
Will you send campaigns and manage replies?
These packages cover workflow setup, testing and handover. Standard and Premium include follow-up setup; Premium adds reply routing and CRM handoff. Ongoing sending, manual replies and campaign management require a separate scope.
Are email addresses verified and results guaranteed?
Email verification is included only if agreed and supported by your available tools and credits. Verification cannot guarantee inbox placement. I do not guarantee replies, meetings or sales.
How do additional leads work?
Extra leads use the same agreed targeting, data fields and configured workflow. Your enrichment credits cover processing. New markets, additional manual research or new integrations may require a separate quote.
What will I receive at handover?
Your package includes the agreed lead batch, configured workflow, testing and clear handover notes. I explain how to run it and flag any missing data or setup dependencies. The workflow is built in your agreed accounts.
Which outreach and automation tools do you work with?
I work with Clay and Apollo for prospecting and enrichment, Instantly and HeyReach for outreach, and n8n, Apify, Supabase, Google Sheets and APIs for automation and data handoff. We choose the tools and integrations that fit your package, accounts and workflow.
