Improved Auto Suggest feature on Upwork freelancer search that resulted in 11% uplift in Direct hires 7D. Developed and deployed Related Queries functionality to Upwork's Freelancer Search, allowing clients to fine-tune their searches and discover the perfect freelancers with ease. Revamped the antiquated Spell Check system on Freelancer Search, significantly improving user experience and search accuracy. Conducted in-depth analysis to determine the optimal cutoff point for the implementation of a new Price Filter, enhancing usability and relevance for users. Implemented comprehensive Data Drift Monitoring and Alert Generation mechanisms for the Availability Model, ensuring ongoing accuracy and reliability of the system. Led the execution of Second Pass Ranking on Freelancer Search utilizing state-of-the-art Deep and Cross Network (DCN) techniques, enhancing search result relevance and user satisfaction.
