Sou um dos melhores técnicos de HP para impressoras a jato de tinta (Officejet, Envy e Deskjet). Já atendi a maioria das pessoas que nos procuram para soluções básicas, mas infelizmente, de acordo com as políticas da HP, não suportamos impressoras obsoletas. Aqui, estou para ajudar vocês por este meio com um valor menor. Por favor, saiba que tenho mais de 2 anos de experiência em troubleshooting de software de impressoras HP.
Problemas comuns:
- Conexão Wi-Fi (impressora offline)
- Problema de qualidade de impressão <li Atolamento de papel
- Não consegue escanear ou escanear para o computador
- Cartuchos não podem ser usados a menos que a impressora esteja inscrita no HP Instant Ink
Nota: Sou funcionário atual da HP, meu horário de trabalho é das 6h00 às 15h30 MST. Responderei e resolverei seu problema assim que sair do trabalho.

Nitesh was able to get my 2nd computer up and running with in seconds after I was able to locate the cord that I need to connect my printer. Awesome!

Nitesh shared his knowledge in the area that i had trouble with. He explained his thoughts as to why my printer was not working and was also able to recover the apps that were removed. Because of different time zones, he made it work. He also discovered some other things, so i suggested we meet up online again and take care of it. Good working with him.
