I managed social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok to raise awareness, promote donations, and support child rights and humanitarian programs. I created content strategies that used simple storytelling and clear messages to connect with audiences. I developed content for emergency campaigns, program updates, and important global events such as World Children’s Day and International Day of the Girl. I worked with program teams, photographers, and field staff to collect real stories and visuals while following UNICEF’s child safeguarding and communication guidelines. I ensured all content was respectful, accurate, and sensitive to the needs of children and vulnerable communities. I managed content calendars, supported paid social media campaigns, and tracked performance to understand what content worked best. I also helped manage online communities by responding to public questions and feedback in a professional and positive way, especially during emergency situations.
