The Job included evaluating potential residential real estate deals for Fix & Flip, Wholesaling, and Buy & Hold strategies. Using recent property sales comps, I calculated the After Repair Value (ARV) and factored in renovation, holding, and closing costs to determine the Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO). I built automated Excel models that simplified deal analysis, protected profit margins, and helped decide which properties were worth buying.
