What does “monthly quantity takeoff support” mean?
Monthly support means I provide continuous quantity takeoff and BOQ services within a clearly defined scope for the duration of one month. This is not an unlimited service. Workload is limited by number of drawings or project size, depending on the package selected.
Is this service unlimited?
No. Fiverr does not allow unlimited services, and to maintain quality and accuracy, each package has defined limits (drawings / project size). Any work beyond the package scope can be quoted separately.
What is counted as one project?
One project refers to one trade, roofing or GC project (e.g., floor plan, roof plan, section, elevation). Complex project may count as more than one project — this will always be clarified before starting.
Can you start work without drawings?
No. Accurate quantity takeoff requires complete and readable drawings. Any missing or revised drawings will adjust scope or delivery time.
How fast is the turnaround time?
Response time is 24–48 hours, depending on workload and drawing complexity. Urgent requests can be handled subject to availability.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
If your workload exceeds the package limit: ✔ I will notify you immediately ✔ You may: Upgrade the package, or Place a custom order for additional drawings No extra work is done without approval.
Do you guarantee tender award or accuracy against other estimators?
Quantities are prepared professionally based on provided drawings and standards. However, tender results, pricing variations, or third-party estimates are outside my control.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. All drawings, BOQs, and data are treated as strictly confidential and never shared.
Can I cancel the order mid-month?
Monthly services are time-based retainers. Once the order starts, cancellation is subject to work already performed, in line with Fiverr policies.
