Little Giant China Regional RPA Automation Project

This project targets national-level Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative (Little Giant) enterprises in China. It addresses common digital transformation pain points including siloed systems, manual cross-platform data entry, manual report preparation, heterogeneous data collection and cleansing for small & medium specialized manufacturers. The solution integrates big data engineering and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to build end-to-end automated pipelines. RPA bots perform data extraction from web pages, desktop applications, ERP and OA systems without API integration. Combined with ETL, regular-expression data parsing and data governance modules, the pipeline standardizes raw business data. Large language models are integrated to extend RPA capability for unstructured document recognition and semi-rule exception handling. The project adopts lightweight delivery architecture, requiring minimal modification to existing enterprise software stacks. Use cases cover manufacturing, supply chain, finance and procurement: automated document synchronization, cross-system data transfer, batch report generation and ledger maintenance. The project aims to cut repetitive manual labor, reduce human entry errors and help Little Giant enterprises achieve digital transformation with lower investment. My role: Big Data Developer & Senior RPA Architect, responsible for requirement decomposition, bot workflow development, data pipeline construction, error handling design, performance tuning and on-site delivery.
