I worked as a Real Estate Designer in the United Kingdom, where I specialized in creating high-quality, investor-focused design materials for property professionals, developers, and real estate firms. My role involved designing visually compelling and data-driven marketing assets, including offering memorandums (OMs), property investment ROI booklets, investor presentations, portfolio booklets, and commercial property brochures. I was responsible for transforming complex real estate data, financial projections, and market analysis into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual formats that effectively communicated investment opportunities to potential investors and stakeholders. In this role, I collaborated closely with clients to understand their project goals, target audience, and branding requirements, ensuring that every design aligned with professional standards and market expectations. I developed investor tri-fold brochures, property sales brochures, and listing presentations that enhanced property visibility and supported successful marketing campaigns. Additionally, I incorporated charts, graphs, and infographics to highlight key metrics such as ROI, rental income, and market trends, helping clients present their data with clarity and confidence. My work also included preparing print-ready and digital deliverables, maintaining consistency across brand assets, and meeting tight deadlines while ensuring high attention to detail.
