I quit BEKO in January 2022 and founded my own company TU-WIS Consulting. Through TU-WIS Consulting, which I founded in 2022, I provide organizations with: TRIZ, Design Thinking, FMEA, and Agile trainings Tailor-made problem-solving workshops R&D and innovation management consulting Manufacturing, quality, and reliability process development Ideathons and open innovation programs Hands-on coaching based on teams’ real-world challenges My approach is based on selecting the most appropriate tools for each challenge rather than applying a single methodology to every problem. When necessary, I combine TRIZ, Design Thinking, FMEA, Agile, Six Sigma, and other engineering methods. I take training beyond theoretical knowledge transfer by designing each program around the organization’s own products, processes, and real-world challenges. To date, I have worked with organizations across the defense, automotive, home appliances, construction materials, cement, packaging, chemical, and other manufacturing industries, providing training, consulting, and workshop facilitation to R&D, manufacturing, quality, and management teams.

* Managed multidisciplinary projects involving R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams, with responsibilities spanning product design, verification, industrialization, quality, reliability, and field performance throughout the product lifecycle. * Served as a technical decision-maker in resolving critical product and process challenges. * Delivered TRIZ training and facilitated problem-solving workshops for Arçelik plants. * Served as Scrum Master for two product platform projects. * Delivered product safety training to more than 100 employees and managed the safety approval processes for product and manufacturing changes. * Designed and implemented 11 reliability, safety, and forced-failure tests, including an award-winning reliability test adopted by Arçelik plants worldwide. * Authored papers and conference proceedings published and presented at international engineering conferences. * Specialized in the design and development of electric motors, electronic drives, compressor mechanical systems, and product integration. Designed and commissioned electric motors manufactured in millions of units. * Managed new product platform, localization, outsourcing, and cost-reduction projects, including one project that delivered annual cost savings of €5 million. * Held technical responsibility for manufacturing investments worth more than $5 million. Contributed to the technical specification, acceptance, and commissioning of production lines, molds, and test systems sourced from Japan, China, and Italy. *Developed the technical, manufacturing, and quality capabilities of domestic and international suppliers.
