Perguntas frequentes
What types of projects do you manage?
I specialise in creative and marketing projects: integrated campaigns, content production pipelines, social media rollouts, email marketing launches, go-to-market campaigns, and general creative team coordination.
Do I need to have a project management tool set up?
Not at all. If you don't have one, I can recommend and set up the right tool for your team as part of our engagement. If you already have one in place, I'll work within your existing system.
Will you communicate directly with my team and vendors?
Yes. I'm comfortable acting as the central point of coordination — briefing team members, following up on deliverables, managing vendor timelines, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Do you work across timezones?
Yes. I'm based in Trinidad and Tobago (AST, UTC-4), and I'm flexible on working hours for check-ins and syncs.
What information will you need to get started?
Before we kick off, I'll need a completed intake form that covers your project overview, team setup, tools, and target outcomes. The more context you can provide upfront, the faster we can move. This will be sent after you place your order.
What if my project scope changes midway?
Scope changes happen, and minor adjustments are part of the process. For significant changes in scope, deliverables, or timeline, we'll discuss a revised agreement before proceeding so there are no surprises on either side.
