**Somatic Movement & Butoh Dance Facilitator** For the past several years, I have been facilitating somatic movement and Butoh workshops, retreats, and one-to-one sessions across Europe and Asia. My teaching brings together body awareness, breath, improvisation, guided imagery, and movement research to create safe and personalized experiences for each participant. I have worked with complete beginners, dancers, performers, and artists, adapting every session to individual goals and experience. My aim is to help people reconnect with their bodies, develop greater presence and freedom of movement, deepen their creativity, and discover authentic forms of expression. Alongside regular workshops, I have collaborated with cultural organizations, residency programs, and retreat spaces, designing research-based movement experiences that combine artistic practice with somatic exploration.

**Professional Dancer & Choreographer** I have been working internationally as a professional dancer, choreographer, and performer, presenting my own creations and collaborating with artists and companies across Europe and Asia. My work combines Flamenco, Butoh, improvisation, and interdisciplinary performance, with a strong focus on artistic research and original movement creation. I have created and toured several solo performances, presenting my work at international festivals, theatres, and residency programs. Alongside my own creations, I have collaborated as a performer with renowned Butoh artists and multidisciplinary productions. Working in different cultural contexts has enriched my artistic practice and given me extensive experience in performance, movement research, improvisation, and creative collaboration. This ongoing professional practice directly informs my teaching, allowing me to support both beginners and experienced artists in developing confidence, presence, and authentic movement.
