How long does it take to receive my plan?
Basic: 2 days Standard: 3 days Premium: 5 days I usually deliver faster when possible.
Can I request changes after receiving the plan?
Yes! The Standard package includes 1 free revision, and the Premium includes 2. Extra revisions are available if needed.
Is this plan suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. I create plans for all levels: complete beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Just specify your experience level.
Do you include nutrition or diet advice?
No, I focus only on workout plans. I can give very general tips, but for a proper meal plan I recommend consulting a nutritionist.
