As Designer and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The Fixels, a creative digital agency specializing in branding, graphic design, social media strategy, and visual communication, I have been leading creative projects and operational growth since March 2025. Key achievements and responsibilities include: • Designing high-impact visuals including logos, social media branding kits, product designs, UI/UX interfaces, and typographic animations using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other industry-standard tools — delivering pixel-perfect assets that elevate client brands. • Developing and executing brand strategies, from concept to full brand development and management, helping businesses establish strong visual identities and consistent online presence. • Overseeing daily operations as COO: coordinating teams, managing client projects end-to-end, optimizing workflows for faster turnarounds, and driving business development through effective social media consultation and strategy. • Collaborating with diverse clients (startups, local brands, and international projects) to create engaging content and designs that boost engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. • Implementing process improvements that enhanced team efficiency, ensured timely deliveries, and maintained high client satisfaction standards.
