Designed, built, and run ConferenceFit, a subscription web app that shows competitive swimmers and club coaches where their times would score at college conference championship meets. Built the full product solo: front end, database, user accounts, and hosting Set up Stripe subscription billing, including plans, renewals, and cancellations Handle customer support, onboarding, and feature requests from swimmers, families, and coaches Turn user feedback into product updates on an ongoing basis This is the same process I use for client projects: understand how the business actually works, then build a tool that fits it.
