Served as the primary live sound operator and system technician for various events at Sala Mayo. The primary objective was to ensure optimal acoustic performance and deliver high-fidelity audio in a large-scale venue. This role required comprehensive audio management, from initial stage setup and system alignment to real-time live mixing for diverse musical acts and presentations. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Live Mixing: Executed Front of House (FOH) and Monitor mixing for live bands, corporate events, and public performances, ensuring clear and balanced audio for both the audience and the performers. System Alignment & Tuning: Performed PA system tuning, phase alignment, and room equalization using specialized acoustic measurement software such as Smaart, Open Sound Meter, and REW to achieve optimal coverage and impact. Console Operation: Configured, routed, and operated industry-standard digital mixing consoles, including Midas M32, Yamaha LS9, Allen & Heath SQ-5, Soundcraft Ui24, and Behringer X Air. Stage Management & Patching: Managed full stage patching, microphone placement, signal routing, and wireless RF coordination. Real-time Troubleshooting: Continuously monitored audio feeds during shows to immediately identify and resolve acoustic anomalies, feedback, or equipment issues, ensuring a seamless experience for the audience. Technologies & Equipment Used: Digital Consoles: Behringer X32. Measurement & Tuning Software: Smaart, Open Sound Meter, REW (Room EQ Wizard).
