Hi,
My name is Tom, I have 10 years prior experience in the UK Civil Service.
I entered the Civil Service at EO role, and have held positions up to G6. I have primarily worked in policy and strategy roles across central Whitehall departments, though also have experience of programme/project management.
I have experience successfully applying for roles at HEO/SEO/G7/G6, and have also been on numerous interview panels as a recruiter across all grades. I have a very good understanding of the interview process and how to shape a successful application.
