Consulting services offered through the Fiverr marketplace. Developed a service portfolio covering PMO health checks, governance and executive reporting templates, Excel and Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint / Power Automate workflows. Created an original PMO operating-model sample covering decision rights, stage gates, reporting cadence and health criteria, plus a formula-driven Excel portfolio dashboard with source-data controls. The consulting approach combines PMO governance and transformation experience with practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
