I managed the complete backend operations of roofing projects, including: Key Responsibilities : Entered and managed job leads Updated job progress Communicated with clients and sales teams via email and text messages Organized, managed, and uploaded documents into respective job folders Ordered roof measurement reports using Roofr and EagleView Sent contracts, PA paperwork, and Certificates of Completion (COC) via DocuSign for digital signatures Ordered roofing materials from suppliers such as ABC Supply and Preferred Roofing Requested and followed up on depreciation with insurance/adjusters Handled backend operations from initial lead entry to final job closure Coordinated between office staff, sales team, and suppliers
