Working for Apple has by far been a highlight in my career. I applied for a role as a Creative and instead, ended up working as a Specialist, learning all there was to know about Apple hardware to better explain it to our customers and make sure they were buying the products that best suited their needs. I also spent some time as a Genius Admin, learning how to book in repairs, work alongside the amazing Geniuses and return products back to their owners after repair.
