please give me the details describe or give me the reference photo (Background, the anime style, comic, outline style more important the palette color etc.)

it will be better if you recommend me comic-style black and white or simple shading colour.

Or if you wanna make your face as a comic or manga style!

For the character sheet, character making, also action figure (knight, fighter etc.) including other detail like suit, sword, gear etc. (the price will be different, we can discuss)
