- Redesigned and rebuilt the company's public website end to end, from wireframes and visual design in Figma through to implementation in Astro and Tailwind CSS. Homepage shipped to production in week four, with feature pages, About and FAQ following. - Built a searchable knowledge hub where students find past exam papers, backed by Supabase, including language-aware filtering so content matches the visitor's regional settings. - Cut page-load cost and time on document previews by converting each PDF's first page to a PNG once, server-side, and serving the image instead of the full file. - Designed and animated the site's hero sequence in After Effects and integrated it as an optimised SVG, plus a product video walking through six core features. - Redesigned the web application across 80+ Figma artboards covering courses, AI solver, calendar, settings, onboarding and upload flows, then carried the same system into the mobile app. - Audited the live product for bugs and UI inconsistencies using Amplitude session recordings, documenting around 30 issues with reproduction steps for the dev team. - Ran in-person user research with 23 students to test first impressions and feature value, feeding the findings into the redesign. - Built a data pipeline that cleaned 3,002 user-submitted school names down to 1,153 validated records, enriched with type, aliases and real coordinates via OpenStreetMap geocoding, output as production-ready SQL.
