Rabbi and experienced Jewish genealogy researcher. I read Hebrew, Yiddish and English every day, so old letters, tombstones, community records and sefarim are home ground for me. I research families from Hungary, Slovakia, Galicia, Romania and Carpathian Ukraine, from birth, marriage and death records to Holocaust-era records and graves, and translate Hebrew and Yiddish into clear English. I also write drashos and simcha speeches in English, Yiddish and Hebrew. Even one name and a town is enough to start.
