Hi everyone, I will convert your handwritten signature to image (.PNG), vector (.EPS) or a font (.ttf).
Why digitize your signature into PNG, vector or font?
- For email signature purposes
- For signing off at the bottom of a company or business letter/message, etc
- For Logo purposes
- For Logo purposes
Which format of my Digital Signature should I choose? (Kindly see FAQ for more info)
PNG
Choose this option if you only have very basic need for your Digital Signature, and if you only want a single color
Choose this option if the Digital Signature is going to be a logo, or that you want it to remain fully editable for future changes, etc.
Font (TTF file)
Choose this option if the Digital Signature is going to be shown in a Company/Business Letter as printed or online PDFs, or that you want a change in color anytime, since you can't change its color if it is PNG file, unless you have special image-editing tools.
What do I need from you?

What are the Pros & Cons of PNG?
Signature will be on transparent background. It can be easily inserted to emails, word or pdfs documents. However, this is not a very ideal choice if you want a logo as it couldn't scale up without quality loss (PNG is raster based, not vector!). Color of the Signature is fixed and hard to change.
When should I choose PNG?
Choose this option if you only have very basic need for your Digital Signature, and if you only want a single color (Please add-on under "Extra Services" if you require additional colors).
What are the Pros & Cons of Vector (EPS)?
It is scalable without any quality loss, unlike a raster image. Ideal for making signature type logos (e.g. Disney, Ray Ban, etc) as it's fully editable (e.g. in software like Illustrator). However, EPS file type may not be widely supported in certain email software, unlike PNG files.
When should I choose Vector (EPS)?
Choose this option if the Digital Signature is going to be a logo, or that you want it to remain fully editable for future changes, etc.
What are the Pros & Cons of Font (ttf)?
When installed, you can use your Signature in software like Microsoft Word, etc. You may change the color of your Signature, or apply other common Text features like Bold, Underline, etc. The Word Document file has to be saved as "PDF" format so that others without the font installed can view it.
When should I choose Font (ttf)?
Choose this option if the Digital Signature is to be shown in a Business Letter as printed or online PDFs, or that you want a color change to it anytime, since you can't change its color if it is PNG file, unless with special image-editing tools. The font should NOT be used directly in emails.
What are some important things to note about the Font?
As mentioned, no using of the font directly in emails as other email recipients do not have the font installed. You may only use the font to make images (e.g. via Photoshop), or PDF documents (e.g. via Microsoft Word), as that would embed your font into the image/PDF, making it viewable to others.
How do I install the Font and how to use it?
I will provide you the font as "MySignature.ttf", and your signature will be placed under the capital "A" letter/glyph within that font. After installing, type the letter "A" in your editor (e.g. Microsoft Word) and change its font to "MySignature". I will guide you along if there's any problems.
Do you really take 2 days to do this?
Well, no, I can actually do this pretty quickly, probably within an 1 hour or so the moment I start working on it. I'm just putting 2 days in case there are a lot of jobs.. but currently I'm free with 0 orders -_-" since I'm new to Fiverr. Anyway, I will definitely submit early if I finished early.
