Sobre mim
I am a dynamic teacher, facilitator, connector and community builder with over a decade of experience in HR and mental health. I specialize in making complex topics accessible through my background as an HR leader and facilitator. I help small businesses and nonprofits build the people systems they don't have time to build. With 12+ years as an HR leader (including HR for 1,200 staff across 21+ schools) and a master's in clinical psychology, I design onboarding programs, team trainings, and Google Classroom courses, plus burnout and communication workshops your team will actually enjoy.
