the artist does really good work. from my experience it tends to start around the end of the expected window with him giving an outline with asking for any alterations, from there he will deliver the result but is open to make alterations should something like colors be an issue between outline and final...

I had a positive experience commissioning Matt. I love their art style, it's really unique & vibrant. Matt drew my sona beautifully. There were some adjustments made without any complaint. The order was a couple of days late but Matt told me ahead of time that it would be. Thank you!

overall, the delivery was amazing. It was late like some of the other reviews brought up but overall it was worth the wait.
