Whether you are hobbyst, student, or small bussiness that can't afford a full time designer, my 20+ years experience designing professional PCB might help your projects come to life.
Although I'm new in Fiverr, I've designed simple and complex PCBs for 20+ year for small bussiness (I know what a small bussiness is and its needs).
I use the KiCAD software for the PCBs. KiCAD is an open source professional grade CAD (computer aided design) without any limitation. For you it means that neither you won't pay, because I won' charge you, nor you must buy ridiculously expensive software licensees or fees for a package that you're going to use from time to time. You'll save a lot of money!
I design the PCBs in 1, 2 and 4 layers following the best practices, so you get a board that can be manufactured professionaly. And if you're planning an in-house production, just let me know it so I design it with that in mind, ¡I my self develop my in-house boards! (This fantastic feature only works with 1 layer, or 2 layer in designs that are not complex.)

What do you deliver in the Hobbyst and student plan?
In all 3 schemas you'll receive the schematic, 3 file Gerbers (for professional manufacturing), or 2 PDF: one stright and one mirrored (for in-house production).
What do you deliver in the Small bussiness plan?
The same as in the Hobbyst and student plan, plus: All Gerber files, a DRC revision, grounded polygons (if you tell me to), one internal cut (if you tell me to), IPC-D-356 file (used for production).
Do you deliver the PCB original file?
I will in all plans, until december 31, 2021, free of charge.
What do you deliver in the Premium plan?
The same as in the Small bussiness plan, plus: PCB original file, up to 3 internal cuts, up to 3 tracks without anti-solder mask (if needed), your bussiness' logo in the component layer.
How do the revisions work?
You'll receive a low resolution PDF file and 2 photorealistic 3D photos of the prototype, as soon as I get it, so you inspect the overall components distribution. When you're ready then I'll finish your design.
Can you design a 2 layer board for in-house production?
Yes, I can. But unless you have the professional equipment, it's better that the design isn't that complex and you are willing to replace some tracks with soldered wire jumpers.

This is the first time that I have tried modifying a PCB on my own and holy crap did the_pcb_guy save me from making costly mistakes! If I sent this board out to the manufacture I would have shot myself in the foot. Awesome provider who I will definitely use again.
