I independently manage two vacation rentals and handle the complete day-to-day rental process from booking to check-out. My responsibilities include managing Airbnb and Booking.com listings, booking inquiries and reservations, pricing and availability, automated guest messaging, individual guest communication before, during and after each stay, check-in information and digital guest information. I coordinate cleaning and property-related tasks, respond to guest reviews, handle questions and unexpected situations, and ensure smooth communication between guests and local support. I also manage the administrative side of the rentals, including income and expenses, documentation and billing. As a vacation rental host myself, I understand both the operational and guest side of the business and know how important reliable communication, organized processes and a smooth guest journey are for successful short-term rentals.
