Sobre este Serviço
Customers waiting for replies? I will build a custom AI chatbot for your Crisp live chat that answers common questions instantly and passes complex chats to your team.
I work in customer and tech support for an online software store and use Crisp every day. I have built an AI reply bot connected to Crisp, so I know what customers really ask.
WHAT I CAN DO:
- AI bot trained on your FAQ, policies and product data
- Greeting flow, triggers and canned replies in Crisp
- Spam and marketing message filter
- Replies in the customer's language
- Smooth handover from bot to a human agent
- Support dashboard: chats per operator, first response time, busy hours
- Keyword reports: top questions, complaints and trends
- Chat export to Excel or CSV
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Message me your website and what you want to automate
2. I confirm the plan and the right package
3. I build, test and hand it over with source code and a short guide
NOTE: The bot needs your own AI API key (OpenAI or similar) and low-cost hosting. I will help you choose.
Message me before ordering to discuss your setup.

Perguntas frequentes
What is the difference between the packages?
Starter answers up to 20 FAQs. Custom AI Bot learns from your docs and products and speaks multiple languages. Bot + Analytics adds a dashboard with operator and chat reports.
Do I need a paid Crisp plan?
Not always. The bot connects through the Crisp API, so it can work on lower plans. I will check your plan before you order.
What will the AI and hosting cost me?
You pay the AI provider and hosting directly. For most small businesses this is low each month. I will estimate it based on your chat volume before you order.
Where does the bot run?
On a small server or cloud service you own, so you keep full control. You get the full source code and I help you set up hosting.
Will the bot give wrong answers?
The bot answers only from your approved information. If it is unsure, it hands the chat to a human agent.
