Does SEO issue count as maintenance?
SEO issues can and can't be considered under maintenance. If it's technical SEO issue than we can help you out, if its onpage or any other type of SEO issue, we can help you out with that as well, but it's different gig. Please contact us before placing the order so we can solve any potential issues
Do you provide recurring plans for monthly-ongoing support?
We do provide monthly support. With the current option for milestones, we can setup a monthly payment system that will help you out with your support. We can cover any issues, and maintenance that you might need in that period.
What do you need from us to get started?
You need to give us access to the current website, FTP, wp-admin login details, hosting anything that will speed up the process and save time.
What if the issue that needs to get fixed takes less than an hour?
We can create a custom offer for it. If you already purchased the plan for 2 hours, or any other, we can direct that investment into propper maintenance and checks for certain time period, so you can sit back and relax while we do everything for you in that desired time.
