Managed Buildertrend CRM automation and integration projects for construction and contracting businesses. My work focused on organizing customer records, leads, opportunities, projects, and sales pipelines so teams could manage the customer journey from initial inquiry through project handoff. I configured Buildertrend workflows, reviewed field structures, standardized records, and mapped information between construction management and connected business applications. A major part of my work involved Buildertrend and QuickBooks integration. I reviewed customer and project fields, mapped information between systems, configured appropriate automation steps, and tested synchronization to identify missing or duplicated records. I also used Zapier where suitable to automate repetitive administrative tasks and connect Buildertrend with external CRM or business applications.
