Every day starts with a different kind of problem. Some mornings it's a supplement brand whose payment processor just shut them down overnight, needing a WooCommerce or Shopify store rebuilt with proper RUO disclaimers, age verification, and COA sections so their business can actually stay online. Other days it's a real estate agent who's watched three leads go cold because nobody responded fast enough, so I'm inside Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or GoHighLevel building out automations that acknowledge, qualify, and route every new lead within seconds, day or night, so nothing sits untouched. And some days it's someone with a story they want told properly, a brand, a kids' book, a proposal, and I'm building 3D Pixar-style AI animation, working scene by scene to keep characters consistent and the emotion landing instead of looking like generic AI output. Clients come in with urgent, specific pain, not vague requests. A peptide brand that's been banned twice. A brokerage bleeding leads because follow-up depends on someone remembering to make a call. A founder who's tried three "AI video" tools and gotten something flat and lifeless back. My job is to figure out exactly what broke and rebuild it properly, whether that means restructuring a product page for compliance, writing the trigger logic for a lead sequence, or reworking a shot until the character's expression actually reads as intended. Most projects start with a message before any order is placed, walking through what the client actually needs versus what they think they need, then scoping the right fix. Delivery includes documentation or handover training where relevant, so clients aren't stuck depending on me for every small change afterward. Repeat work and referrals have come from being direct about timelines, honest when something won't work, and thorough about testing before calling anything finished.
