Choose a package, send your content and brand details, and I confirm the scope before production. You receive checked final files, a clear handover and the revisions listed in your package. Communication stays in writing.

What do you need from me?
Send final proofread text, your logo or brand colors, intended readers, one design reference and the desired size. For writing, provide the topic, key facts and desired reader action.
Is writing included?
Design packages use your supplied text. The writing extra adds up to 500 words in one language, based on your brief, with one text revision. It does not add design pages. Larger texts need a custom quote.
How are pages counted?
Every finished page counts, including the cover and contents. Packages include 5, 15 or 30 total pages, with up to 1,000, 3,000 or 6,000 supplied words. Writing does not add design pages.
Which files will I receive?
Every package includes a finished PDF and editable Canva source for text, colours and layout. Canva account required. A print export can follow agreed printer specifications. Native Word/Adobe files and EPUB conversion are separate from this service.
Can the workbook be filled in on screen?
Premium includes up to 20 standard PDF text fields. Up to 10 further fields or checkboxes are available as an extra. The Canva source edits the page layout; PDF form fields are added separately and are not automatically recreated by exporting from Canva.
What does a revision include?
One revision is one consolidated round of feedback on the agreed design. A new visual direction, replacement manuscript or extra pages require additional scope. Any error I introduce is corrected.
Which languages can you work with?
Writing is available in English, German or Russian, with one language per writing extra. For other languages, send a sample first so I can check layout and writing suitability before quoting.
Are the gallery projects real client work?
The displayed concept editions are original design samples showing layout and interactive features. They are not presented as client commissions or evidence of sales results.
Do you design complete dated annual planners?
Yes. Full-year planners, extensive date navigation and large books need a custom quote based on the exact page types, dates and features. The 160-page sample demonstrates capability and is not included in the 30-page package.
Can I order several language versions?
Yes. Each package covers one language version. Additional versions and translation are quoted separately according to word count, layout changes and number of editions. Tell me the target languages before ordering.
