Communication was fast, but the research didn't meet my expectations. The product is in a highly competitive market, and the financial breakdown lacks key costs like realistic Amazon PPC ads and full FBA fees. When calculated properly, the margin is not profitable. It felt like a basic automated tool export rather than a thorough market analysis.
