During my nearly seven years at Hash Advertisement, I operated at the critical intersection of production and final editing as a combined VFX Supervisor and Assistant Director. I was responsible for ensuring that the creative vision of major commercial campaigns was executed flawlessly from the shooting floor to the final render. While on set, I managed daily shooting schedules, coordinated cast and crew, and oversaw all logistical operations to keep shoots running efficiently and strictly on budget. Simultaneously, I directed all visual effects requirements on location, setting up optimal green screens, tracking markers, and lighting references to guarantee clean plates for the compositing pipeline. Beyond the shoot, I led and mentored a team of VFX artists, compositors, and motion graphics designers, establishing clear workflows to deliver premium visuals under strict agency deadlines. By bridging the communication gap between the director, production team, and editing house, I was able to anticipate visual effects needs early in the planning phase. Ultimately, I handled the final quality control and review of all shots, ensuring the seamless integration of CGI and filmed footage to meet the exacting standards of leading advertising clients.
