Incoming support emails are automatically classified, answered using a custom FAQ knowledge base, and escalated to human agents via Slack when needed. The system handles 80-90% of incoming emails automatically, reducing the support team's workload significantly. Sensitive emails such as refund requests, payment disputes, and legal threats are instantly flagged and routed to human agents with full context.
