I lead everything from selecting and supporting speakers to coordinating sponsors, vendors, volunteers, marketing, and live production. Over two years, I helped bring 15 speakers to the stage, welcomed more than 100 attendees, secured multiple sponsors, and increased attendance by 40%. My job is to bring the right people together, solve problems quickly, and make sure every detail supports the bigger vision.
