What is X-Ray Search?
X-Ray search uses Google to find profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow) that might not appear in a standard internal search. It is highly effective for finding passive talent.
Do you offer revisions if the string brings zero results?
Yes. If the string yields no results due to logic errors, I will fix it. However, if the talent pool simply doesn't exist (e.g., due to impossible or unrealistic requirements), I cannot "create" candidates.
