During this internship, I gained hands-on experience in designing and implementing motor control circuits, including Direct-On-Line (DOL), reverse-forward, and star-delta configurations, as well as advanced combinations such as reverse-forward star-delta systems. I worked with high-power industrial motors (up to 560 kW), utilizing soft starters and inverters to ensure efficient and safe motor operation. I also developed proficiency in Siemens PLC programming using Simatic Manager, creating ladder logic and function block diagrams to automate and control industrial processes. This role strengthened my practical understanding of industrial automation, motor control systems, and workplace safety protocols within a live manufacturing environment.
